BBQ Chicken Salad with Chili Lime Corn and Blue Cheese Crumbles

Has anyone else ate their weight in sugar this holiday season? 2020 stressors has definitely been a struggle for me. I woke up this morning feeling like my poor body deserves a little better. This salad is a great choice and something the entire family can pick at to find *something* they can enjoy!

Plus, it's easy to put together if you have a crock pot to throw your chicken into. I find the crockpot always buys me time when I'm trying to figure out what to make for dinner. The rest of the ingredients just involve one other pan and a few quick chops. Enjoy!
